Hosted by LHG of North Kootenai County, ID:
Join us for a fun and information-packed July gathering!
~ Learn how to properly harvest and cure garlic and onions.
~ Take part in the discussion on the art of seed saving.
~ Help us welcome our special guest speaker who will share his 25+ year history and experience with mason bees. Norm is a veteran member of the American Legion. We appreciate his service to the country and for sharing his knowledge with our ladies.
Our free meeting is held in the banquet room of the Athol American Legion Post. We begin at 10 am and wrap up at noon. All ladies 16 and over are welcome, along with any nursing babies.
Please park in the back of the building as the front doors will be locked. If you turn north on Railroad Street (just east of the Legion and before the tracks), you will see the Legion's sign and pavilion. Turn left there and follow the signs to enter the building via the ramp and door to the right of the main entrance.
VIP (paid supporting members) are welcome to come at 9:30 if they would like to set up to sell any of their homestead products.
Please bring a snack to share with others and some quarters to enter the fun raffle drawings. We welcome any donations to make the raffles even better!
Hope to see you there!
