Cultivating Oyster in Buckets - using pasteurized straw we can grow several pounds of oyster mushrooms in a plastic food grade bucket.

Growing using this method will yield mushrooms within the month of inoculating. You will drill, fill and inoculate your own bucket to take home. We will have addition mushroom spawn for purchase if you would like to make more at home.

The class also includes a 45 minute mushroom walk in the beautiful forests of Bella Vista Farm
